Can you make something shorter or longer?

Of course! Let me know what you have in mind and I will customize your piece.


What if I lose an earring?

I have been asked on occasion to match a lost earring.  I'd be happy to work with you, just contact me.


Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes I do.  Hooululani jewelry arrives in a gift box ready for gift giving.  I would be happy to include a note from you at no additional charge.  Just mention it at checkout.


What happens if something is damaged?

Please contact me if you need something repaired.   HooululaniJewelry@hawaii.rr.com.  I will repair any item purchased through this online store.  Items purchased through retail boutiques must be returned to the boutique and are subject to the boutique’s store policy.


What is the charge for repairs?

I generally do not charge for repairs within two (2) months of the purchase date.  However, if materials need to be replaced due to excessive wear and tear, for instance, I will work with you on a case by case basis.


What is your return policy?

I hope you will love your purchase, but I will gladly accept your return for any reason.

I am only able to accept returns for purchases from this online store.  Items purchased through retail boutiques must be returned to the boutique and refer to that boutique’s store policy.

Hooululani gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

Nope.  You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.

What is the payment process?

When you click the “Checkout” button, you will be taken to PayPal’s secure website. You enter your information, your payment is quickly processed, and you can return to the Hooululani website if you like. You will receive a receipt immediately.
